Superfoods Salad

I read an article that says we should eat these five superfoods every day:

  • Avocado
  • Salmon
  • Almonds
  • Dark leafy greens
  • Yogurt

With that in mind, I made an awesome “salad.”

  • 4 ounces avocado
  • 5 ounce pouch of salmon
  • 1 Tbsp slivered almonds
  • 10 grape tomatoes, sliced
  • Red onion, small piece, chopped
  • Spinach, chard, baby kale mix, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Mrs. Dash Tomato, Basil, Garlic seasoning
  • Sea salt, dash
  • Black pepper, dash

Just mix it all up together and enjoy. The entire salad is 10 Weight Watchers points.
